We'll schedule a one-hour phone call with a follow up virtual meeting beforehand and tackle your business, your next venture, and your video’s vision. We’ll nail down what you want to say to your potential clients and more importantly, HOW? Together, we’ll go through your script, revise it and help you get to the points you need to make, the best way possible. We’ll also create all the pre-visuals and concept boards so we can make sure your video is on brand.
Before shoot day, we’ll follow up with a 30-minute call to have you feeling confident and ready to shine like a rock-star in the studio.
An A-List Production:
Day 1: Studio Location
We’ll start your session with a trip to the hair and make-up chair where our stylists will give you that star glow while you sip. What’s a celebration without champagne after all? We’ll also provide some healthy snacks to keep your energy up.
After hair & makeup, you’ll move into your professional studio. It’ll be ready and waiting for your entrance. We’ll get you mic’d up, like the star that you are and in front of the camera. Nervous about your lines? Not a problem – you’ll be reading from a TELEPROMPTER and we’ll have a script handy to keep you on the ball. Over the next two hours we’ll coach you through the shoot — making sure every word sells your services with confidence.
Day 2: On Location
Your audience wants to get to know you and all you do. Want to capture yourself at the park, by the Manhattan waterfront, at your office, in your home, walking down your favorite New York City Streets or doing yoga in your studio? We’ve got you covered. You’ll choose a location in NYC, and we’ll capture gorgeous b-roll of you doing your thing. That way, your video is authentically, you.
We know, from experience, that being in front of the camera can be cringe-worthy. Don’t fret! You’ll be in some good and loving arms that support you 1,000%. We’ll direct you and make sure we get the best takes.
Fast Turn Around – Post-Production:
While you’re doing your job, we’ll be doing ours. Over the course of the next two weeks, we’ll send you your BRAND NEW VIDEO. It’ll be edited seamlessly, colored to bring out your best sides (spoiler alert: every side) with music, graphic text and more. If you have a logo, branding, or copy, we’ll add that at no extra cost. At the end of this journey, you’ll be left with a professional HD video to use to market you and your spectacular services right away.

Q. What will my video look like?
A. We will be shooting in a white cyclorama studio on Day 1. Check out this video example. On Day 2, we shoot at a location that you choose. Here is an example video integrating a video interview with on-location filming.
Q. Why do I have to apply for a spot and not book you automatically?
A. We ask for people to contact us first because we know some ideas just can’t be shot this time frame. If you apply and we feel like it’s not feasible for both parties involved, we will let you know ASAP. We’re committed to giving you the best quality video we can and will not compromise that for a sale. That’s why we ask that everyone chat with us before we complete your purchase.
Q. When do I get my pre-production session?
A. We will contact you via email once we approve your spot and send you our calendar to schedule your appointment immediately. We shoot April 2nd – 4th so we will hold pre-production sessions between March 13 - March 31st, 2017. This gives you (and us) plenty of time to prepare for the shoot and get in touch with us about any last minute questions.
You’ll always have unlimited e-mail support and can schedule additional calls with us as needed.
Q. How do I pay?
A. We accept payments via check and credit or debit card. Please note that there is an added service fee for all credit card transactions. You can also complete a free bank transfer via our Quickbooks invoice. All checks can be made out to NextRound Productions. All payments are non-refundable after March 9, 2017.
Q. Is there a payment plan available?
A. Yes there is! Once we approve your spot, we will send you an invoice where you can pay the total cost of $2,500 or a payment of $1,250. The second payment of $1,250 will be due upon delivery of the final video. All deposit payments must be received by March 20, 2017 in order to ensure your spot.
Q. Do I get to decide how my hair and makeup is done?
A. Yes! We will discuss it in our pre-production session. Also, feel free to send us your ideas via email so we can give it to our stylist beforehand.
Q. I don’t drink champagne. Will there be any non-alcoholic beverages available?
A. Of course! We also always ask about your food allergies beforehand so that we have several options on hand.
